Dana Sear

I have been a Redken Salon Consultant, Abba Affiliate Trainer and currently, in addition to working full time behind the chair, I am a Senior Trainer and member of the National Design Team for my wonderful company. Even after 31 years in the biz, I still get up excited to go to work everyday. Love anything that has anything to do with hair. I am fiendish about continuing education and firmly believe that the willingness to grow and change is essential to success. Staying on top of and ahead of the trends keeps me ahead of the crowd and results in personal and professional growth for as long as I'm excited and willing to work for it. 

I love it when people aske me, "Where are you?" My answer is always the same. "Right where I want to be!"
